Qollabi is a SaaS platform which utilizes AWS’s cloud solutions. The application is designed using a multi-tier architecture. We considered security as top-of-mind during the entire development process. Furthermore, each of our clients benefits from having their own database which enables excellent segregation of data.Qollabi performs security audits or penetration tests with independent third parties to identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities which could impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform.

Access to the environment is protected by a username-password combination that can be reset. The current policy involves offering a password with a minimum of 8 characters. Passwords are hashed prior to getting stored in the database.Other authentication methods such as Single-Sign-On (SSO) are also available.
